Before founding Dishant Raval Overseas, he served as Associate Director - South Asia, Africa & CIS at InUni Global, where he played a pivotal role in increasing international student enrollments and fostering key market expansions. His expertise in international student recruitment, marketing strategies, and university collaborations made him a key figure in global education consulting.

Previously, Dishant held leadership roles at M Square Media (MSM) for nearly nine years, serving as Regional Sales Head - West & Central India and Manager of International Student Recruitment. He was instrumental in budgeting, strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high success rates in student placements. His tenure at GET WAY IMMIGRATION PVT. LTD further enriched his skills in sales, promotions, business development, and relationship management within the education visa industry.
