✔️ You are not engaging in any fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of services without a refund.
Clients must:

🔹 Ensure the accuracy of their personal details before submission.
🔹 Follow our guidance and legal requirements of the respective country’s immigration laws.
🔹 Comply with visa application deadlines and procedures.
The company is not liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the client.
💰 Consultation Fees: Clients are required to pay applicable fees for visa consultation services.
💰 Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable, except in special cases determined at our discretion.
💰 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or cash (as specified during consultation).
If any government fees, embassy fees, or third-party charges apply, they will be paid directly by the client and are not included in our service charges.
Dishant Raval Overseas Pvt Ltd provides guidance and consultancy services only. We do not have control over visa approvals, rejections, or processing timelines, which are at the sole discretion of embassies and immigration authorities.
We are not responsible for visa rejection due to:

❌ Misrepresentation or fraud detected by the immigration authorities.
❌ Policy changes by governments or visa offices.
❌ Failure to meet financial or eligibility requirements.
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
✔️ All personal data shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for visa processing.
✔️ We do not share client data with third parties except as required for visa applications.

🚫 Visa rejection, delay, or cancellation by immigration authorities.

🚫 Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from visa application issues.
In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid by the client.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases where:
🔴 The client provides false or misleading information.
🔴 The client is involved in fraudulent activities.
🔴 The client violates immigration laws or misuses our services.
🔴 The client fails to comply with payment obligations.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
